MY ACIM JOURNEY TOOK A DARK TURN - CAN SOMEONE HELP?!

I've been studying A Course in Miracles for several months, and I thought it was truly helping me. {But lately, things have taken a unsettling turn. My dreams are filled with nightmares. My thoughts are always swirling and I feel like I'm spiraling out of control. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I need help, please! I don't know
